Add Tradovate Connection

This guide explains how to add a new Tradovate connection in FutuCopy.

Step 1: Open the Prop Connections Page

1. Navigate to the Prop Connections page.

2. Click Add Connection in the top-right corner.

   
   

Step 2: Select the Trading Platform

1. Choose Tradovate as the trading platform.

2. Click Next.

   
   

Step 3: Name the Connection

1. Enter a Connection Name.
   • This is for your reference only.

   • A common choice is the name of your prop firm.

     
     

Step 4: Select the Trading Environment

Choose the appropriate trading environment:

• Demo
  • Used by most prop firms

  • Applies to both evaluation and funded prop accounts

    Live

  • Used for personal funded accounts

  • Only select this if your prop firm explicitly moves you to live markets

    
    

Click Add Connection to continue.

Step 5: Authenticate with Tradovate

1. You will be redirected to the Tradovate login page.
2. Sign in using the credentials provided by your prop firm.

This step authorizes FutuCopy to access your Tradovate account for trade copying.

FutuCopy does not store your Tradovate login credentials.

After authentication, you will be redirected back to the Prop Connections page.

Step 6: Connect the Account

1. Locate the new Tradovate connection in your list.

   Click Connect.

   • Connection typically takes a few seconds.
   • Once connected, your account information and balance will load.
