Add dxFeed Connection

Important: Multiple Sessions

Most dxFeed prop firms allow only one active login session. Therefore, dxFeed accounts from those prop firms can only be used as follower accounts in FutuCopy.

If you log in to your dxFeed/DeepChart platform, your FutuCopy connection will be disconnected, and copy trading will no longer work until you reconnect.

Step 1: Open the Prop Connections Page

• Navigate to the Prop Connections page.

• Click Add Connection in the top-right corner.

  

Step 2: Select the Trading Platform

• Choose dxFeed as the trading platform.

• Click Next.

  

Step 3: Select your prop firm from the list

If your prop firm is in our list, select the prop firm, enter your credentials, skip to Step 4.

If your prop firms is not in the list,  select dxFeed from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Add and Connect

• Click Add Connection.
• The new connection will appear in your list.
• Click Connect.
• Connection typically takes a few seconds.
• Once connected, your account details and balance will load.
